Court creativity like you would a lover. Put on those clothes that make you feel beautiful and sexy and that feel soooo good on the skin. or no clothes, and I am not joking. Play with it, you have nothing to loose apart from your seriousness.

Anoint yourself with scents that open your senses and arouses you. Prepare the space for this meeting between you and your mystical lover. Then be present with all of you, heart, mind, soul and sex and take your time, go at it slowly like you would with someone you really love.

If you get stuck, pause and put on some music, and start moving and see if you can find pleasure in that. Explore and let pleasure and enjoyment open you up. Then go at it again.

Give it your best, your full dedication, but don’t forget to be playful. If you are a lazy or stern lover, creativity won’t open up for you.
