Helen Larsson is a mentor, creative guide, yogini, visionary, writer, and forever a wild child. She has completed several yoga teacher courses in various styles such as Hatha, Kundalini, Yin and she is completely in love with Embodied Flow (TM) which is an integrative blend of hatha yoga, somatics, movement meditations, tantric philosophy, and transpersonal psychology. One thing that really characterizes Helen is playfulness and curiosity and that is something that has come in handy in all her work with children and teenagers. She has shared the yoga space with thousands of children of all ages in many different settings and places. She has facilitated courses and workshops in Kid’s and Teen Yoga for many years and is one of the most experienced teachers in Sweden. Helen has also published a book called ”Yoga med barn” (Yoga with Kids) and the follow-up, a book on Teen Yoga, is in the making.

Zumaia is a French artist, producing a mix of dark ambient, experimental and electro-industrial music inspired by the declining Western industrial society, Asian spirituality, and animist rituals. The first tracks composed by Zumaia were recorded in 1989. After leaving his first New Wave/Gothic band in 1988 he joined an industrial rock band in the early 1990s and then disappeared for almost two decades, reappearing in the late 2010s with new material and starting Kalamine Records.
